Job Summary
An international aircraft leasing company with a global portfolio is seeking a Vice President Commercial Analysis to join its Financial & Commercial Analysis (FCA) team based in Dublin.
This is a strategic and analytical role working closely with the deal trading and finance teams on pricing structuring and financial modelling for new deliveries sale-and-leasebacks and trading transactions. Youll play a key part in driving commercial decision-making and ensuring transactions are optimally structured and accurately recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pricing and structuring for new aircraft deliveries SLB and trading deals.
Develop enhance and maintain complex financial models to assess transaction economics.
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and deal teams.
Partner cross-functionally with finance risk and legal teams to ensure efficient deal execution.
Deliver financial and market analysis to support management and investor decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in aircraft leasing aviation finance or asset management.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Commercial acumen and ability to evaluate complex transaction structures.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Degree in Finance Economics Engineering or related discipline; CFA/ACA/ACCA advantageous.
