Syreons Monitoring Division is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our multi-disciplinary unit in the ongoing support of cutting edge research programs. This full-time role is an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of researchers in maintaining the highest standards in the conduct and review of research activities. Candidates will have extensive experience with on-site monitoring duties including source document verification site initiation visits routine monitoring visits and close-out visits to ensure the integrity of the clinical data adherence to Good Clinical Practice and the study protocol. The CRA works cohesively with all internal departments and external clients such as sponsors site investigators and site coordinators to facilitate a wide range of project activities. The CRA collaborates with the internal study team during the development implementation and close-out phases of studies. The CRA proactively identifies operational issues that may affect the success or timeliness of a study and is an integral collaborator in the development of proposals timelines and budgets for new projects.
Syreon is a leading Clinical Research Organization conducting international clinical trials and health economics and outcomes research across a broad range of chronic and rare diseases.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of three years experience in clinical trial monitoring. Formal Good Clinical Practice training and a . or RN (or related) degree is also required. Excellent interpersonal and professional skills are mandatory.
