Whats the role
As Manager Governance - COO youll play a key role in shaping and supporting the governance framework across our Business & Wealth Division. Youll be responsible for coordinating risk committees and forums preparing executive-level papers and ensuring our governance processes meet regulatory and operational standards. This role is all about structure clarity and collaboration working closely with senior leaders to keep our governance rhythm strong and purposeful.
This is a full-time position based in Sydney with flexibility to support how you work best. Youll be part of a high-performing team that values precision insight and a proactive mindset.
