About the role and where you will be working:

Our Residential Facility in Rossmoyne are seeking experienced Care Workers to work on a casual basis.

As a Care Worker youll be playing an important role in assisting residents with activities of daily living including social and communal needs. You will ensure quality outcomes for all of our residents under supervision of your supervisor.

Well also be asking you to:

• Carefully read & follow care plans
• Assist with personal care (e.g. showering)
• Work under the guidance of Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility)
• Treat our residents & their family with respect
• Show compassion & exercise patience

About you:

Currently working or volunteering in the community and wanting different hours Youre comfortable working on your own & in a team environment and enjoy spending time with elderly people.

To be considered for this role youll need:-

• A Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Care or equivalent.
• Initiative & the ability to effectively prioritise & multitask.
• Great communication skills (spoken & written).
• Attention to detail for good record keeping.
• Morning and afternoon availability is desirable.
