We are currently seeking an experienced Pool Construction Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
As the Pool Construction Manager you will oversee all aspects of swimming pool construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in project management and knowledge of the pool construction industry will ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning execution and completion of pool construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager ideally in swimming pool construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications in construction management are a plus.
