Job Summary

The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC) located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero) Argentina is accepting online applications for the positionSupply Chain Contracts Analyst.Successful candidates will join the team which is part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees delivering business services and solutions across the globe.

The Contract Analyst will support the ITOF Leading Performance Manager by managing contract lifecycle activities across infrastructure and application MSPs strategic vendors (e.g. Microsoft Lenovo Cisco) and internal stakeholders. The contracts will include software hardware and professional services. This role ensures contract alignment with ITOF priorities facilitates supplier governance and drives performance transparency through standardized processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Accountable for ensuring Supply Chain Mgmt (SCM) and Service Mgt Office (SMO) processes are followed. Ensure all required artifacts for approvals are provided at least 2 weeks prior to contract approval deadline.

  • Provide 18-month calendar of contract renewal activities and maintain status of contract renewals.

  • Ensure contract scope cost and service delivery terms align with ITOF strategic goals budget and architecture roadmaps.

  • Confirm Policy 564 compliance

  • Standardize Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure SLAs support intended outcomes.

Portfolio & Performance Alignment

  • Tie contract activities to 5-year plans and performance scorecards.

  • Support dashboard reviews and metrics updates

  • Track leading performance metrics related to contracts and ensure visibility across ITOF.

Supplier & Partner Governance

  • Coordinate governance activities across ITOF partners.

  • Track contract performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.

  • Support strategic alignment and compliance with enterprise change strategy.

Financial & Forecasting Support

  • Collaborate with finance to monitor forecasts and expenditures.

  • Validate contract-related budget allocations and lifecycle management costs.

  • Ensure contract data is reflected accurately in Smart GEP and other systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with SCM SMO and ITOF leadership on contract strategy and staffing models (esp leveraging TDCs).

  • Coordinate with Infrastructure Competency Leads on role development and skills profiling to support Tech Delivery Centers (TDCs) ability to deliver capabilities currently provided via Professional Service contracts.

  • Support dashboard and data analysis initiatives leveraging AI-enabled systems.
