Were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to join our team and help us enhance client experience across all touchpoints.

Job Summary:

The Client Service Manager is a key member of our team responsible for managing and improving client service operations. This individual will work closely with advisors clients custodians and technology providers to ensure smooth responsive and professional client experience. This position will report to the Managing Director of the Asset Management division of Acrisure.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding account maintenance and service inquiries

• Coordinate with custodians (e.g. Fidelity) to process new accounts transfers and other requests.

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio management systems (e.g. Advyzon)

• Support advisors with preparation for client meetings including reports and documentation

• Assist with compliance-related tasks (e.g. client communication logs disclosures annual review)

• Identify opportunities to enhance client service processes and implement best practices

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills client-focused with a proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with website design or content management systems (e.g. Canva Wix Squarespace) is a plus

• Experience with custodians such as Fidelity

• FINRA Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe)

• Familiarity with compliance requirements for RIA firms
