The Role:

Oversee all EVS operations on assigned shift.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a pleasant friendly and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
Monitor staffing levels to ensure budgetary compliance.
Participate in interviewing and selecting new team members and train and develop team members.
Issue disciplinary action as needed.
Assign work to team members and monitor for timely and proper completion.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Produce and deliver reports as needed.
Review housekeeping and maintenance activities with Facilities Manager.
Respond to calls promptly and professionally.
Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
Comply with all policies and procedures established by Ballys Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
At least two years of experience in maintenance and/or environmental services of a large facility or plant operations is required.
