Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Analyze operational data across service teams to identify trends risks and performance gaps
- Develop dashboards and reports to support regular reviews strategic planning and leadership updates
- Align analytics with field operations and business goals by collaborating with regional management.
- Deliver insights for Cross-BU and Monthly Ops meetings to support strategic initiatives.
- Use Power BI MS365 and Power Automate to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy
- Identify automation opportunities and standardize reporting processes for continuous improvement.
- Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure data integrity security and alignment with KLAs global standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing reporting processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in data science Statistics Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
- 3 years of experience in data analytics preferably in semiconductor or high-tech operations
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP) Power BI; experience with SQL; Python or R and Power Automate is a plus.
- Experience working with SAP CRM and other enterprise systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with ability to present findings to senior leadership.

- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
