As a Business Analyst you will support the management development and enhancement of new features and services on the banks digital platforms. Assists in the management of the development and delivery of new services features of the banks digital platforms to support the platforms strategies and business models to achieve business objectives. Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to enhance new features on the banks digital platform. This position will be full-time and hybrid set up.

What Youll Do:

Create and review business requirements and collaborate with applicable stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and consistent customer experience in accordance with standards.
Ensure quality of features through various user acceptance testing (UAT) activities in coordination with Service Quality Assurance (SQA) teams.
Collaborate with other project leads to define prioritize and develop projects.
Oversee the development of the project and ensure that the project partners are carrying out their tasks efficiently
Drafts new and improved existing project management office policies and processes

What Youll Need:

Proficiency in mobile operating systems (iOS Android etc.)
Software development life cycle and/or concept of systems
Project Management methodologies such as Agile Methodology
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Word Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in banking products and services
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Adequate training skills
Above average communication skills
Good leadership supervisory and decision-making skills
Good analytical skills
Proficiency in oral and written communication
Project management skills
Understand the needs of the end-users both internal and external clients of the Bank
Team player leads and works well as a member of the team
Integrity garner trust among colleagues and direct reports
Dependable and has a strong work ethic
Displays maturity and a professional attitude
Able to adapt to change and is flexible
With initiative and motivation to act without prodding by peers or management
Able to work efficiently with others or a group towards the same goal
Collaborative and able to work with different workstreams
With ability to efficiently deliver value to the project while collaborating with the team members
Accountability for his own actions his team members actions and also knows how to hold others accountable for their contributions work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
