Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Ken fix Technician to join our team Swissotel Corniche Park Tower Qatar. As a Ken fix Technician you will be responsible for the operation maintenance and repairs our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our industrial processes and maintaining high productivity standards.
- Obtain out of order Room list from the Assistant CE and Engineering Coordinator and do the required repairs and maintenance per maintenance schedule.
- Check all the rooms as per PMP schedule regarding Carpentry Electricity plumbing painting polishing and A/C.
- In case of any major repair in the rooms it must be reported to the Asst. Chief Engineer.
- In the guest rooms the policy and procedures must always be strictly applied.
- Do any other work that is assigned to you by the Asst. Chief Engineer or Engineering shift.
- The toolbox should always be ready and missing tools is your responsibility.
- To relieve any technician during his absence (Electrician Plumber Gen. Mechanic A/C Technician Welder Painter Polisher Carpenter) according to the operation requirements and as per the Assistant Chief Engineer instructions.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Kenfix Technician or in a similar role working with industrial equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and write detailed reports
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures
