What Youll Do as a Tire Sales Advisor:

Answer phone calls and greet in-person customers promptly and courteously identifying their needs for vehicles or agricultural equipment.
Prepare accurate quotes explain pricing and options and follow up on pending estimates.
Schedule service appointments clearly communicate lead times and process payments accurately using cash credit cards or accounts.
Look up tire specifications and availability place and track orders and confirm sizing and load ratings with suppliers.
Coordinate with technicians to confirm tire sizes job readiness and installation needs while monitoring inventory levels.
Check in deliveries verify accuracy and assist in maintaining a clean and organized counter and reception area.
Enter quotes orders and invoices into the system accurately and assist with end-of-day sales reconciliation.
Maintain knowledge of tire models pricing promotions and technical information.
Work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Our Ideal Tire Sales Advisor:

Experienced: At least two years in sales or customer service required. Experience in tire sales automotive parts or agricultural equipment preferred; a working knowledge of tire terminology sizing and applications is helpful (on-the-job training provided).
People-oriented: Enjoys interacting with a wide range of customers and vendors while maintaining a clean professional appearance and communication style.
Detailed Problem-solver: Ensures quotes invoices and orders are accurate complete and handled efficiently while finding practical solutions to customer needs.
Calm & Adaptable: Professionally manages a fast-paced environment smoothly shifting between customer service research and coordination tasks.
Collaborative & Positive: Works closely with the shop team maintaining a cheerful and steady attitude and contributing to a supportive team-focused culture.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating Excel supplier lookup tools POS systems and other shop software related to inventory work orders and scheduling.

$26-$30/hour depending on experience
