To ensure the safe timely and professional delivery and collection of goods equipment and documents as required supporting the companys operations and customer service objectives.

Responsibilities include

Transport equipment parts and materials between company facilities suppliers and client sites.
Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and safely.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or irregularities.
Always maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle.
Ensure all deliveries are completed as scheduled and obtain required signatures/documentation.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams.
Assist with loading and offloading of cargo when required.
Complete trip sheets delivery notes and logbooks accurately.
Provide courteous and professional service to clients during collections and deliveries.
Report any incidents delays or challenges encountered on the road.

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Valid Code 10 drivers license with PDP.
Minimum 2 years driving experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance.
Reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours including overtime when required.
Physically fit and able to load/unload goods.
Good communication skills.
