Job Summary
Were building the AI Marketing Manager that makes online marketing 100x philosophy is simple: 80% AI automation 20% human quality control. We design every process so that AI handles the heavy lifting while humans focus on strategy and creativity.
Now were looking for a Lead Engineer with the ambition and potential to grow into our future CTO.
What youll do
- Take ownership of our product journey: from MVP full-scale SaaS.
- Architect and build scalable systems with Python Redis MySQL MongoDB and cloud platforms.
- Work deeply with Google APIs and cutting-edge AI/ML models.
- Drive development with an AI-first coding mindset exploring how AI can assist in code generation debugging and optimization.
- Embrace vibe-coding experimenting iterating fast and using AI as your co-pilot to boost productivity.
- Shape the technical roadmap and in the future lead engineering teams.
Who you are
- Strong background in backend engineering and system architecture.
- Curious about AI-assisted development and open to new ways of coding with AI tools.
- Excited about vibe-coding: not just strict processes but working creatively with AI to accelerate progress.
- Comfortable across databases (SQL & NoSQL) APIs and distributed systems.
- Thrive in startup environments where you can influence direction and grow into leadership.
