Job Summary

What you will do:
- Own schedule and budget performance for assigned PV construction projects
- Lead EPC PPA supplier and contractor contract management end to end
- Ensure HSEQ compliance on site and adherence to permits and technical specs
- Coordinate purchasing inputs verify and approve project invoices
- Secure on-time delivery of main equipment and lead on-site meetings
- Drive testing commissioning and handover to O&M per Urbasolar QAP with weekly progress and HSEQ reporting
What you bring & who you are:
- Must-have: Engineering degree (civil electrical or similar) 5 years construction project management experience (ideally PV)
- Must-have: Proficiency in Italian and English; solid PV/electrical/building technical knowledge
- Must-have: Strong ownership rigor autonomy; valid driving licence; willingness to travel and spend 50% time on site (incl. occasional international travel)
- Ideally: PMI or equivalent certification; experience with EPC and PPA contract administration; familiarity with HSEQ frameworks and construction QA/QC
- Ideally: Vendor and claims management experience; strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills
