We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness management opportunity in North London. We are looking for an outstanding manager to join a well-renowned gym chain within the health and fitness industry.
The Role...
This opportunity will see you take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club ensuring smooth operations and exceptional member experiences.
- Inspire and manage the team to deliver consistently high performance excellent customer service and a culture that goes above and beyond expectations.
- Drive commercial performance managing budgets KPIs and P&L to maximise profitability.
- Deliver growth were looking for someone who can demonstrate real examples of how theyve grown membership numbers revenue and overall club success in previous roles.
- Maintain high operational standards and ensure every aspect of the club meets and exceeds expectations.
The Person...
We are looking for an experienced Club Manager who can demonstrate success in running their own department or fitness club with a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence and commercial results.
- Commercially astute youll have a proven track record of driving revenue and membership growth.
- A strong leader and motivator who knows how to get the best from their team and lead by example.
- Experience in premium or high-end club management is ideal along with a genuine passion for the fitness industry.
- Sales and performance management experience are highly desirable.
