About the Role
This full-time permanent leadership position involves overseeing SEND provision across all year groups. You will manage a team of Learning Support Assistants coordinate EHCPs liaise with external agencies and deliver staff training in adaptive teaching.

Experience and Qualifications
QTS and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
Proven experience managing or leading SEND provision
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of SEND frameworks and inclusive education
