Our client is seeking an ambitious and inspiring Head of Maths to lead a high-performing department within a well-regarded mixed secondary school in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in teaching and learning across KS3 KS4 and KS5 supporting a team of dedicated teachers and continuing to raise standards of achievement in Mathematics. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a passion for mathematics and education.

Experience and Qualifications

Qualified Maths Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Proven record of raising attainment and leading departmental improvement
Ability to teach Mathematics across KS3KS5
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
A passion for inspiring both students and staff to achieve excellence
Legal right to work in the UK
