Job Summary
Sales Progressor Estate Agency (Reading)
30000 basic MondayFriday No weekends
We are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Progressor to join a successful and fast-paced team in Reading.
This role requires previous estate agency experience ideally within sales progression sales negotiation or sales administration and a sound understanding of the property sale process from offer agreed through to completion.
The Role
You will manage the sales pipeline from SSTC to completion acting as the main point of contact for all parties and ensuring a smooth timely exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of property sales from offer to completion
Liaise with buyers vendors solicitors mortgage brokers and surveyors
Proactively chase milestones and resolve issues to prevent fall-throughs
Provide regular clear updates to all parties
Maintain accurate notes and ensure files are fully compliant
About You
Must have recent estate agency experience (essential)
Confident working with chains solicitors and legal terminology
Strong communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail
Able to work proactively and problem-solve under pressure
Enjoys the progression side and seeing a sale through to completion
Package & Hours
30000 basic salary
Monday to Friday only
