Youll gain hands-on experience working directly with clinical and technical decision-makers in healthcarelearning the business from the inside out while building toward a leadership path that can exceed half-a-million-dollar earning potential.

This is a high-visibility role designed for ambitious professionals ready to grow travel and make an impact in the healthcare industry.

What Youll Do

  • Support the Ohio territory alongside the Regional Sales Director to grow revenue and open new opportunities.

  • Conduct field assessments product demos and onsite training to ensure customer success.

  • Develop trusted relationships across hospital departmentsIT biomed nursing clinical and administrative.

  • Represent the company at trade shows conferences and customer events.

  • Manage your pipeline and goals using CRM tools and sales automation software.

  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your strategy.

  • Own your territory plan and contribute to a culture of collaboration service and results.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in business marketing IT communications or health sciences).

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experiencehealthcare or technology experience a plus.

  • Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).

  • Willingness to travel frequently within territory (up to 75%).

  • Valid drivers license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (equipment for demos and events).
