We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Colombia to join our fully remote team. Your mission will be to create new business opportunities for our Digital Strategy team to close helping companies with a strong digital presence reach their revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities via email phone and LinkedIn.
Schedule meetings for Digital Strategists with potential clients.
Maintain and update prospecting lists segmented by industry.
Participate in virtual networking events to create new business opportunities.
Obtain recommendations and referrals from existing clients and contacts.
Requirements:
Interpersonal Skills:
Natural curiosity and a passion for helping people.
Bachelors degree completed.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive attitude in making calls and seeking new opportunities.
Strong problem-solving skills aligning our services with potential clients needs.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot (or similar CRM).
Experience in solution or service sales using the SPIN methodology.
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO and PPC).
Advanced English and Spanish are required.
Daily Activities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct online meetings with potential clients.
Create industry-specific spreadsheets and prospect key market players.
Attend online networking events.
Obtain referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
Work Model:
100% Remote (Colombia-based)
