Job Summary

Summary
The installer will study all pertinent instructions scope and installation areas to determine their approach and then proceed with the installation of architectural and electrical signage. Installers will also educate clients on newly installed signage as required.

To ensure success as an installer you must be able to install signage safely and precisely. An outstanding installer will suggest modifications to surrounding areas to enhance the usability of devices where needed. Tools are required to be owned and/or provided by the installer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate on-site activities of other installers on assigned projects
Motivate installers to meet planned schedules on assigned projects
Installing signage in accordance with approved drawings and instructions
Consulting on the suitability of proposed installation area(s) and method(s)
Educating clients with usability of installed signage up to and including setup and use of timer(s) as required
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety
Required Skills
Proven and varied installation experience.
Capacity to use discretion when examining installation instructions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to seek clarification when presented with issues or ambiguous requests.
Physically fit. You must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Available to work overtime as required
Available to travel as required for out of area projects
Education / Experience
To be considered for this position you must have:
High School diploma or GED or relevant experience
5 years installation experience
3-5 years sign industry experience
You must be able to lift up to 50LBS
You must own or be able to provide your own tools and P.P.E.
Hours:
Typically Monday - Friday from 6AM-2:45PM. Will vary depending on assigned project(s)
Must be able to work at any time as assigned
