Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay making it ideal for nurses looking to supplement their current work or seeking flexibility in their schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies.
Administer medications treatments and monitor for reactions or side effects.
Perform assessments and document changes in patients conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health care needs and conditions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line care as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings nights weekends and holidays as needed.
