Overview
A leading outpatient anesthesia group in Miami is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their growing team. This full-time position offers weekday-only hours no call or weekends and a collaborative environment focused on quality care and work-life balance. CRNAs will provide anesthesia for GI procedures in modern outpatient endoscopy centers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia and monitoring for GI procedures in outpatient endoscopy centers
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and manage sedation during procedures
Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and patient safety
Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with all regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure efficient patient-centered care
Qualifications
Required
Current CRNA license
Eligible for credentialing in Florida
GI/endoscopy experience preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $185000 $195000 (Permanent W2)
Annual Bonus: $5000 end-of-year bonus plus one pay period (about $9000 total)
CME/Dues: $1500
Time Off
5 weeks vacation (increases to 6 weeks after 3 years)
8 paid holidays
33 38 total days off depending on tenure
