Job Summary

Provides office administrative support and records maintenance for water utility construction.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong customer service skills. - They will be interacting directly with customers and municipal officials on a daily basis usually under less-than-ideal circumstances.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail. - They will maintain records that have regulatory and financial implications.

Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables VLOOKUP INDEX/MATCH etc.)

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent
