Job Title : Senior Child Welfare IT Specialist (SACWIS Training Support Regulatory Compliance - 5 years exp)
Location: Syracuse NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience working within Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environments supporting SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based systems local districts or voluntary agencies.
- Proven experience providing IT support within a Child Welfare setting including child protective services foster care/permanency and preventive services.
- Hands-on experience collaborating directly with users in Child Welfare environments to provide technical assistance and training in both classroom and on-site settings; developed user documentation and desk aids to support business operations and training effectiveness.
- Experience supporting large-scale Child Welfare applications serving over 15000 users encompassing needs assessment implementation ongoing support and post-deployment follow-up.
- Experience in interpreting and applying regulations that govern Child Welfare practices and program outcomes including child protective foster care/permanency and preventive services.
- Bachelors Degree.
