Position: Oracle EBS R12 Function Consultant - Order Management

Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid - Locals preferred)

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

Oracle R12 Function Consultant Experienced in Order Management Pricing Shipping Execution Integrations with MES system and well versed with customizations of RICE objects and workflow changes.
Must have 12 experience as functional or Techno functional consultant
Extensive Experience Implementing and/or Supporting Oracle EBS or an ERP MES solution.
Demonstrated ability to design solutions across multiple process areas and integrations with other Supply chain processes
Able to gather requirements and translate them into detail design documents
Advanced ability to independently resolve complex issues and problems.
Able to self-manage multiple tasks and priorities based upon urgency and impact.
Acts in a global capacity with intimate knowledge of global objectives and understanding of how all departments interact to achieve company-wide objectives.
Ability to utilize critical thinking to manage complex projects and issues.
Ability to lead others and provide guidance and knowledge to advance team development.
Ability to lead teams to develop solutions and resolve issues.
Ability to effectively document and track all changes as necessary.
Ability to recognize the impact of an issue and convey urgency as necessary.
