Location: Elizabethtown PA (Lancaster PA; Lebanon PA; Dauphin PA; Harrisburg PA)
Type: Direct Hire

Pay Range: Pay-Per-Visit (PPP): Min $70.00 - Max $89.00

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a real difference in the comfort of patients homes Were seeking a compassionate and skilled PT to join our home health team in the vibrant city of Lancaster. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to provide personalized care to our diverse client base helping them achieve their health and mobility goals.

What Youll Do:

Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patients needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Implement physical therapy interventions to promote recovery improve mobility and enhance quality of life.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for maintaining health.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

What Were Looking For:

Valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Experience in home health is a plus but not required.
