About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in AI-driven solutions to join our dynamic team. This role bridges business objectives and technical execution ensuring successful delivery of AI projects that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for AI-driven products and solutions.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Work closely with AI engineers to design agentic workflows using Long Chain and Crew AI.
Support product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment ensuring alignment with business goals.
Conduct gap analysis feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI initiatives.
Develop and maintain process flows user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming and UAT sessions.
Monitor performance of deployed AI solutions and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on AI/ML projects.
Strong understanding of Long Chain Crew AI and autonomous agent frameworks.
Proficiency in Python for prototyping and data analysis.
Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including data scientists engineers and product managers.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in AI product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with LLMs RAG and vector databases.
Background in enterprise AI adoption or digital transformation.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP PMI-PBA) or Agile (CSPO CSM).
