What Youll Do:
- Oversee all front of house operations maintaining exceptional presentation and compliance with health safety and licensing standards.
- Recruit train and inspire a high-performing team managing rosters and performance.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences handling feedback and building relationships with guests and corporate clients.
- Manage MICE events restaurant bookings and special events upselling accommodation and services to boost revenue.
- Drive profitability through smart cost control sales analysis and revenue-generating strategies.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef events and accommodation teams for seamless operations.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years experience in front of house management in premium or high-volume hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive commercial success.
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS and booking management software.
- Desirable: Multi-venue experience wine and beverage knowledge hospitality qualification or tourism sector background.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays.
- Fast-paced customer-facing role with extended standing and multi-venue responsibilities.
