Voice Definition: Define and maintain the Companys internal communication tone of voice ensuring messages are strategically tailored to resonate with diverse employee segments from the executive team to frontline personnel.
Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize all internal communication channelsincluding newsletters email digital signage and collaborative platformsto foster two-way communication and employee engagement.
Support: Provide strategic communication planning and content development support for critical business and Human Resources initiatives.

Requirements

Professional Depth: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communication with deep demonstrated expertise in crisis management public relations and social media strategy development.
Leadership Track Record: At least 35 years in a formal leadership role with verifiable experience in managing professional teams and overseeing significant departmental budgets.
Governance Expertise: Proven capability to develop and successfully implement communication frameworks and rigorous operational processes.
