Our client is a top-notch fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

I. PR Strategy & Media Relations

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to significantly enhance the Companys brand reputation and market visibility.

  • Content Excellence: Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality press releases authoritative media articles and executive communications ensuring strong alignment with overarching business objectives.

  • Relationship Management: Build cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key media outlets influential journalists and industry thought leaders to secure consistent favorable and impactful media coverage.

  • Proactive Planning: Lead the development of proactive communication plans and messaging frameworks to effectively address major business initiatives and milestones.

II. Reputation & Event Management

  • Awards & Recognition: Strategically manage the preparation and submission of entries for prestigious industry awards to solidify the Companys reputation as a market leader.

  • Event Promotion: Play a leading role in the planning and execution of exhibitions conferences and targeted PR events to elevate the Companys image and market presence.

  • Material Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop impactful presentations and materials for key external events.

III. Digital & Social Engagement

  • Social Strategy: Design and implement sophisticated social media strategies focused on dynamic growth and deep engagement with the Companys online community.

  • Content Oversight: Direct the creation of impactful highly shareable content that authentically reflects the Companys values and resonates powerfully with target audiences.

  • Performance Insight: Rigorously monitor social media performance metrics emerging trends and audience sentiment to continually adapt and optimize strategies for maximum brand impact.

IV. Crisis & Issues Management

  • Preparedness: Develop and rigorously maintain a robust crisis communication framework designed to anticipate prepare for and effectively respond to potential reputational risks.

  • Spokespersonship: Serve as the primary authoritative spokesperson during crises ensuring the delivery of clear concise and effective messaging to the media and critical stakeholders.

  • Mitigation: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to manage crisis scenarios swiftly ensuring minimal negative impact on the Companys reputation.

  • Evaluation: Conduct thorough post-crisis evaluations to refine communication protocols and strengthen defenses against future risks.

V. Internal Communication & Engagement

  • Framework Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication framework and consistent guidelines to ensure clarity consistency and high engagement across the entire organization.

  • Voice Definition: Define and maintain the Companys internal communication tone of voice ensuring messages are strategically tailored to resonate with diverse employee segments from the executive team to frontline personnel.

  • Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize all internal communication channelsincluding newsletters email digital signage and collaborative platformsto foster two-way communication and employee engagement.

  • Support: Provide strategic communication planning and content development support for critical business and Human Resources initiatives.

VI. Leadership Governance & Budget

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement advanced communication frameworks and processes to significantly elevate the overall effectiveness and efficiency of corporate communication efforts.

  • Team Leadership: Lead inspire and mentor a team of communication professionals cultivating a culture defined by excellence high performance and collaboration.

  • Performance Management: Set and track clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team ensuring absolute alignment with the Companys strategic goals.

  • Fiscal Oversight: Oversee the departments budget ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize impact and cost-efficiency.



Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Political Science or a closely related discipline.

  • Professional Depth: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communication with deep demonstrated expertise in crisis management public relations and social media strategy development.

  • Leadership Track Record: At least 35 years in a formal leadership role with verifiable experience in managing professional teams and overseeing significant departmental budgets.

  • Governance Expertise: Proven capability to develop and successfully implement communication frameworks and rigorous operational processes.

  • Crisis Acumen: Exceptional crisis communication skills and a successful track record of proactively managing and mitigating high-stakes reputational risks.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing editing and strategic storytelling abilities with the skill to craft compelling impactful messages tailored for diverse internal and external audiences.

  • Media Network: Extensive established experience in media relations supported by a robust verifiable network of journalists and industry contacts.

  • Digital Fluency: A solid up-to-date understanding of all major social media platforms emerging trends and sophisticated audience engagement techniques.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with government relations and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and public policy landscapes effectively.

  • Strategic Acumen: A decisive strategic thinker with outstanding leadership project management and organizational capabilities.
