Experience & Qualifications

3 years of experience in People & Culture Learning & Development or related fields.
Strong understanding of leadership culture-building and performance improvement.
Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency growth and outcomes.
Commitment to personal development and leadership excellence.
Experience or interest in mentoring coaching or digital engagement is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in weekly leadership and training sessions via video conferencing.
Develop and implement strategies to attract mentor and retain top talent.
Learn and apply proven marketing and communication strategies (training provided).
Conduct professional interviews and on-boarding conversations with new partners.
Facilitate Q&A sessions follow-ups and mentorship.
Apply our People & Culture frameworks to support individual and community growth.
