Job Title: Recruitment Operations Specialist

About the Role
Were looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist who understands the pulse of recruiting and wants to move into an operations or support-driven role. Youll be the backbone of our delivery floor — managing tools optimizing workflows and ensuring every recruiter has the resources and data to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support recruitment tools ATS job boards and automation platforms.
- Provide first-level support to recruiters on access tool usage and system issues.
- Monitor tool usage and efficiency helping identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in building reports and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring data and metrics.
- Train recruiters on tool updates and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for renewals and issue escalations.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Recruitment Operations Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Support.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ceipal Bullhorn JobDiva etc.) and job boards (Dice CareerBuilder Monster LinkedIn Indeed).
- Strong Excel or Power BI skills for data tracking and reporting.
- Tech-savvy detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
