Job Summary

Pharmacy Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee all day-to-day pharmacy operations and lead our dedicated pharmacy team. This full-time leadership role involves managing staff ensuring compliance maintaining inventory and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical knowledge with proven business acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise train and schedule pharmacy staff
Oversee prescription processing and ensure accuracy
Consult with patients and physicians regarding medications and dosages
Administer vaccines and immunizations
Maintain compliance with all state and federal controlled substance laws
Manage inventory ordering and budget oversight
Ensure a clean organized and efficient pharmacy environment
Drive pharmacy growth through operational excellence and achievement of financial goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology or related field
Current state pharmacy license (in good standing)
Immunization certification
Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
Solid business and financial management experience preferred
