Job Summary
Empath Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Nights in patient unit.
Hours: 7p-7a full-time; End of Week
Location: Cates House
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess physical psychological social and spiritual needs and coordinate interventions with the RN.
- Document services and collaborate with IDT on patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide bereavement support and community education.
- Participate in team care ensuring continuity and quality of service.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid Florida LPN License & Drivers License.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Valid CPR and IV Therapy certification required.
- Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) or Fit for Duty examination.
- Required to work in other care centers based on business needs.
