Inviting applications for the role of Source to Pay Lead Manager German Hybrid Krakow
In this role you will lead and manage a dynamic group of professionals including merchandising data entry assistants merchandising assistants and buyers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive efficiency and innovation within the team.

Responsibilities
Lead mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team.
Oversee the organization drafting and management of company documents in both paper and electronic formats.
Ensure accurate data compilation and review for monthly meetings.
Manage computer applications database management report generation and tracking spreadsheets.
Oversee the transition of processes to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Develop strategies to optimize workflows and improve system efficiencies.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and client.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Ensure merchandising plans are profitable operationally efficient customer-focused and appropriate in terms of product mix and style.
Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate product databases and planograms.
Review planogram performance and space allocations providing reports and analysis.
Ensure compliance with client privacy and security requirements especially when handling confidential information.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Fluency in German and a strong command of English
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
Relevant experience required in Source-to-Pay (STP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
Knowledge of additional languages
