We are looking for a Commis based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Commis - Pastry we rely on you to:
- Create and prepare wide variety of pastry and desserts according to recipes and company standards
- Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Pastry Kitchen
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standard of kitchen area as well as equipment and utensils
We are looking for someone who has:
- Form 5 or Certificate holder of western kitchen of Vocational Training Council
- Minimum1 - 2 years relevant experience in related professions
- Knowledgeable about traditional desserts dessert menus dessert buffet and specialty dessert beverage
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
