Conduct combined Life Profile and skilled assessments as a licensed medical professional for follow-up visits. Utilize WellSky for personal care documentation plus access to our SHNU and SHWM accounts for scheduling uploading client documents and creating/editing care plans. Familiarize yourself with specialized training like Senior Gems for dementia care to enhance client support.
