Description

The Autism Research Center Bloorview Research Institute Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Post Doctoral Fellow with expertise in neuroscience/ signal processing advanced analytics with an interest in biomarkers (sleep gait). He/she/they will be part of a team that will evaluate sleep and gait as potential biomarkers in neurodevelopmental that context he/she/they will collaborate with engineers clinicians and third-party researchers and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize acquisition protocol and help implement across multi-site network
  • Co develop processing and analytic pipelines
  • Prepare manuscripts
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary team
  • Maintaining the privacy and security of data being analyzed by following hospital best practices and procedures

Qualifications

  • PhD/MD degree in related field
  • Experience with acquisition of biomarkers and advanced analytics
  • Experience communicating research results including written and oral
