Job Summary

The three-day leadership experience provides:

Overview of our Company and Careers in Agriculture
Professional development
Leadership-focused workshops
Facility tours
Networking with industry leaders
Housing and travel accommodations

Successful Candidates will be at least 18 years of age enrolled full time in college and have a passion for agriculture and the swine industry.

Program Highlights:

The 2026 Maschhoff Leadership Experience Externship will be held January 7th through January 9th 2026. Students will be invited to our Carlye IL office to participate in a leadership development program. Accommodations will be provided. Travel is reimbursed.
