Skills and Competencies
- Interest in and understanding compliance
- Highest ethical standards
- Strong command of English language and proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Graduation date of December 2026 June 2027
- Anticipated Bachelors or Masters Degree in business law or other finance related discopline
- Ability to work during program period between June 1 August 7 2026
Responsibilities
- Support Singapore Compliance team in responding to general day-to-day Compliance requests
- Contribute to various Compliance projects and initiatives (regulatory compliance in nature)
- Assist compliance officers with the production of management and regular reporting as needed
- Support compliance officers in planning compliance training calendar and preparation of compliance trainings
- Supporting compliance efforts outside of jurisdiction and region as may be directed
- Performing other duties as may be instructed by management
About the Team/Program
Moodys compliance function operates globally to provide compliance advisory and challenge to the business. This includes implementing policies/ procedures providing advisory training and surveillance to its business lines. This role will be directly reporting to and working closely with the Head of Compliance in Singapore and will be primarily responsible for providing support for execution of Compliance responsibilities for the region- ASEAN and Indian sub-continent.
