About the Role: We are a cross-regional team transforming a large Java-based application on Linux servers into a highly available scalable and observable microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Kafka. Our goal: align with best practices and established standards for modern software delivery.

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and 5 years of DevOps experience in banking or similar industries. You will play a key role in CI/CD automation infrastructure management and system reliability collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines automate processes with mastery.
• Manage infrastructure; ensure system performance stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple environments.

Technical Skills (must-have in your CV):

• Unix/Bash Mastery
• Kubernetes Docker Kafka Expert
• Jenkins Expert
• Helm Gradle (Groovy) Ansible SQL Java Proficient
• ServiceNow Basic knowledge

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement
