THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to join our Distribution team supporting our valued client Powerco. This newly created role is pivotal in maintaining excellent service delivery. Reporting to the Planning & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing work schedules and coordinating field resources for both maintenance and project activities.

This is a full-time permanent position with flexibility to be based at either our New Plymouth or Whanganui office. The role is Monday to Friday and we are open to considering WFH and flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Were seeking an eager resilient and customer-focused individual who wants to make an impact in an essential service industry. Ideally you will bring:

Previous experience in work scheduling or planning preferably within utilities or construction projects.
Familiarity with recognised project scheduling tools such as Helios (ServiceNow).
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and learn within a team environment.
