We are looking for a Documentation Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring timely high-quality user manuals for our New Solution Development (NSD) projects globally. What Youll Do
- Own the end-to-end process for user manuals in NSD projects from scoping to delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison with external documentation vendors: define scopes manage timelines and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to ensure content meets customer needs and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the CMS Implementation Specialist to align workflows and drive improvements.
- Train and support users across departments in CMS usage and documentation best practices.
What Were Looking For
- University degree (Bachelors level).
- Experience in documentation management preferably in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms document lifecycle governance and product documentation requirements.
- Basic DTP skills to handle ad-hoc tasks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in English
