YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT

Asa Business Analyst with AI (BAI26) apprentice within the Global Talent team youll have the opportunity to learn grow and contribute meaningfully to our people agenda and towards our transformation as an organisation you will:

  • Learn how to unlock the power of AI to support improvements in Talent Acquisition Diversity & Inclusion and Early Careers & Apprenticeship processes.
  • Discover how BBC Studios is developing AI driven business solutions within an ethical framework.
  • Develop your knowledge of AI tools and take on more responsibility as you develop new data skills.
  • Deliver your own AI projects as part of an inclusive and supportive team where everyone is valued.

Youll study for your industry recognised apprenticeship qualification learning both on and off the job. This means youll spend at least one day a week studying for your L4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship with Corndel in partnership with Imperial College London:

  • AI enabled business transformation processes.
  • Ethical AI decision making.
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Solution assessment.
  • Business case development.
  • Project Management.
  • Strategic AI implementation to create business value.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for an apprenticeship at the BBC you must:

  • Be 18 years old or over by the time the apprenticeship begins in September 2026
  • Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years prior to the start of the apprenticeship
  • Be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the entire duration of the apprenticeship
  • Not currently be enrolled in another apprenticeship programme whether with the BBC or another organisation
  • Not have completed or hold qualifications in the apprenticeship subject at the same or higher level.
  • Identify as disabled under the Equality Act (2010).

  • Have maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C or above or National 5 (Scotland) at C or equivalent qualification.
