Build a reusable data pipeline and dashboard to collect and visualize post-test results from VNT validation programs (gas stand endurance and teardown data).
Standardize data across all turbocharger frame sizes harmonizing formats units and key parameters.
Develop analytical methods to identify recurring wear and sticking patterns in VNT mechanisms.
Correlate results with influencing factors such as materials coatings operating temperature and actuation characteristics.
Prepare visual reports summarizing probable root causes and support engineering reviews for future design and process improvements.
DESIRABLE BACKGROUND
Student in the final year of Mechanical Automotive or Data Engineering (Masters level preferred).
Interest in turbomachinery durability testing or data analysis for mechanical systems.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas matplotlib scikit-learn) or MATLAB for test result evaluation.
Familiarity with Excel Power BI or data-visualization tools is an advantage.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English (technical level).
Duration: minimum 6 months.
