The opportunity
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to support the design development and deployment of AI-powered solutions for both internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about building real-world machine learning and AI applications collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the growth of AI capabilities in a large-scale consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development: Design build and test AI solutions (including complex RAG systems machine learning deep learning AI Agents) for diverse use cases
Model Deployment & MLOps: Support deployment pipelines for AI models using modern MLOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
Performance Monitoring: Help implement monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure long-term reliability and fairness
Code Quality & Reusability: Write clean modular and production-grade code; contribute to the development of reusable components and accelerators
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with senior data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to align solutions with project requirements
Exploration & Prototyping: Participate in the rapid prototyping of AI solutions and assist in evaluating their feasibility and business value
Requirements
Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions RAG systems and AI Agents
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
Good understanding of data structures algorithms and software engineering practices
Exposure to MLOps practices CI/CD pipelines and ML model monitoring
Enthusiasm for solving real-world problems using AI technologies
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field
Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML is preferred especially in business or consulting contexts

Your contributions will directly support the AI vision and strategic priorities of the firm and its clients.
