Job Description:

The Easyweb Level 3 team is made up of professionals recognized for their customer-service mindsets and dedication to providing 24/7 support. They manage incidents/problems are involved in deployments capacity/availability monitoring system maintenance performance and assessments.

About This Role

This is primarily a support role with IT Developer experience

  • Support applications and systems by meeting or exceeding standards and service levels while minimizing operational risk.
  • Review code base to assist in investigations
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to improve production environment stability.
  • Provide effective day-to-day applications and systems support: identify assess recommend escalate resolve report document communicate.
  • Provide quality service and solutions consistent with objectives and client requirements.
  • Effectively handle incident management acting as a subject matter expert
  • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems options and recommendations for prompt resolution.
  • Dive into design review and integration of all application requirements like functional security integration performance quality and operations.
  • Identify address application/data issues cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect application integrity.
  • Provide expertise to other functional areas (technology trends and processes).
  • Follow change management procedures. ensure proper testing sign-off monitoring.
  • Monitor environments performance using tools such as Dynatrace. Create custom dashboards and alerts
  • Manage P4 low impact incidents from initial report to resolution
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning (Define Review Test).
  • Participate in the business continuity management planning (Update Review Test)
  • Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.

Job Requirements:

What can you bring to TD

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate
  • 0-3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with Java coding
  • Experience with python
  • Experience with Github
  • Experience with Dynatrace monitoring tool
  • Experience with cloud computing Azure
  • Continuously enhancing knowledge/expertise in business services applications infrastructure analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery.
  • Keep current with industry and/or business trends.
  • Ability to work on low to moderately complex tasks under management guidance and supervision.

Additional Information

There will be an on call rotation schedule involved: 1 week on call every 5 weeks
