A Bell Attendant is responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage as well as responding to guest requests in support of the hotels ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
As a Bell Attendant you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests. You will be responsible for transferring and storing luggage and attending to guest requests always striving to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Your main responsibilities include:
Greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
Retrieving transporting and delivering guest luggage.
Inspecting guest rooms and introducing guests to their room features and amenities.
Responding promptly courteously and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests.
