The Technician Production Operations is responsible for accurately weighing and measuring chemicals strictly following safety procedures and maintaining precise documentation. These tasks are crucial for ensuring product quality safety and compliance with regulatory standards within the organization.

This position reports to the Reagent Manufacturing Supervisor and is part of the Cellular Production department located in Hialeah Florida and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Safely and efficiently move load and unload materials using various equipment (like pallet jacks forklifts if certified).
• Accurately verify part numbers quantities and ensure the correct materials are delivered to the right production stations at the right time.
• Requires frequent lifting bending standing and walking throughout a shift to keep production lines continuously supplied.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with 1-2 years exp.
• The ability to maintain a clean tidy and well-organized workspace ensuring materials are stored efficiently and are easily accessible which is vital for preventing delays and errors on the production line.
• A non-negotiable requirement is strict compliance with all company safety policies and procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe operation of all equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Forklift experience and/or certification
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems and Lean Manufacturing Environment exp.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
